ACIP simplifies adult vaccinations for HepB and pneumonia

The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recently updated its recommendations on adult vaccinations for hepatitis B and pneumococcal disease. In this month’s audio, Dr. Campos-Outcalt explains the guidance designed to make HepB vaccination more routine in adults, and identifies the 2 new vaccine options that have been integrated into a more simplified pneumococcal vaccination strategy.
