A final coagulation profile shows: hemoglobin, 9.1 g/dL; platelet count, 100 X 103 μL; PT, 16.6 sec; INR, 1.3; PTT, 36 sec; and fibrinogen, 210 mg/dL. The patient is discharged on the third postpartum day.
