Harbor-UCLA Medical Center's Dermatology Residency

Residents become experts in how their own institution functions, but they have little exposure to how other programs operate. This awareness is important because their formal training guides how they practice in the future. In her first resident corner column, Dr. Consuelo V. David describes the dermatology residency program at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, enabling residents to learn from one another to make small changes to improve their education and how they care for patients.
